Beyond Fitness is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals in a safe and efficient manner.  Personal fitness training and education go hand in hand at Beyond Fitness. Trainers have no less than a Bachelors Degree in the Health and Science Field. The clients will not only be trained, but educated on health and fitness, receive personal attention, motivation and a program designed for accomplishing their goals.  
Programs offered at Beyond Fitness include one on one Personal Training, Semi-Private Training (up to 3 people) & Indoor Boot camp/Circuit Training Classes

We will help you set goals and reach them. We don't just show you how to do an exercise; we educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
